if in pekin on investigative business, my partner and I would make a point to make at the cobbler corner for their ham n beans, cornbread and our favorite blackberry cobbler with a draw ice because they are so busy during the lunchtime, we would call in advance for 11:30 a.m. our food would wait for us. this place is too small! practically sitting on the top of other customers. with the cold weather approaching the tables near the door, which is not an exception sometimes, they need to get their winter jacket up and their food gets cold fast. it has definitiw the feeling ma and pa. eating is overall good!
