"Ipiales doesn't have a lot of choices for restaurants or places to eat. Dely Arepas Pardos is a very good choice if you don't want to pay more than 6000 pesos $2 USD). I got a beef arepa, empanada and cafe con leche for this price. It is very basic diner style restaurant. Locals come here to eat, I never saw a tourist in here during my three visits."
