Nino's Italian - Pelham

What Keith Cochran likes about Nino's Italian:

What David Alvarez doesn't like about Nino's Italian:
Unfortunately the service was not the best, we've never had any issues in the past. We ordered a cheesecake and the center was frozen. When we inquired about it, we were told it's like that because it's cold. I understand places buy many desserts and freeze them, but serving a frozen dessert is not the best thing to do.
