Amazing Gelato! I usually try only Nocciola (hazelnut) and pistachios, so can only talk about these two flavors and would definitely recommend! Photos show espresso (very Italian style btw- super short and intense). View all feedback.

What a shame when employees bring a good business down with an attitude. We are (were) frequent customers to this place but today as soon as we open the door we were told not to walked in because they were mopping the floor with a strong product. I had my significant other introduce me to this little hole in the wall and I couldn't be more grateful. i haven't had this good of a gelato since my trip to Italy. You can tell that the owners are Italian and that the gelato is fresh. the ambiance is cozy and it's definitely a nice place for a date since there is no loud background music or a lot of people around. i wholeheartedly recommend the coconut and tiramisu flavors and also the canoli. Bonus: no waiting time, helpful and welcoming staff and indoor and outdoor seating.
Love this little spot. So many options, including crepes! And the service is always great.

Obviously we left and got our ice cream somewhere else.
The very best gelato in Broward! My family has been going here for years. Almost every celebration has a large to go container of multiple flavored gelato from here. The flavor is intense and it is not commercialized. I was sold once I heard the owner tell me that he is from Bari, Italy and studied gelato making at the University in Rome. I've met the whole family over the years. They are hard working people that know how to do a business right. The inside looks just like gelato shops in Italy, Often, they have the tv in Italian playing. You have to try this place to believe it for yourself.
Vaniglia Cioccolato was opened by the Italian Stefano Quilli. After joining the Gelato University in Rome, he opened his first Gelato shop in Italy in 2003. His goal was to come to the United States, so in 2009 to collect money, he sold his store and opened Vaniglia Cioccolato in Pembroke Pines. If you go to the shop, you can see the unique Gelato ATM on the front of the building. It has a picture of the owner's son. It is so cool that even if the store is closed, you can get Gelato from the machine. The interior of the store is Darling. It transports you to Italy with paintings by the owner woman, pictures of Rome. and cozy red and white tables. Large cases are filled with gelato, but they also sell freshly made crepes, sorted pastries, candy and other treats. I love pampering in Italian Gelato when I find it. Gelato is lower in fat than ice and creamier and smoother. It is served at a warmer temperature than ice, so you are better able to taste the more intense flavors and it is not ground but served with a spade. With so many flavors of Gelato here it was hard to choose. They had the standard Italian flavors you would expect like hazelnuts, nutella, and Stracciatella, an Italian vanilla with chocolate shaving along with other flavors such as mint chocolate, caramel, mixed berries, strawberry cheesecake, mango, birthday cake, pistachios and my choice to find a small cup of refreshing mocha coffee. If you enjoy gelato with several people you can start to go various sizes styrofoam cooler packed with gelato at $12. If you care about what goes into your body like me, you will be happy to know that the gelato with all natural ingredients, fresh fruit, and is coloring and conservative free. I loved my visit to this charming Gelateria. While we enjoyed our frosty treats, we had to observe the crepes. Nutella and strawberry stood on my alley. I have to come back for the next time I'm in the area
