"Visiting from Australia had a wonderful time in the pub. The barman TIM was outstanding in his service, round of applause. Homemade food was excellent, ate there 3 days in a row! Chips to die for. We would recommend to anyone visiting. Dogs well looked after, given lots of treats."

"Had a lovely meal sat outside with delicious food the only thing that let it down was listening to a staff member swearing loudly while telling her colleagues some story about her and her Dad. We had a 2 year old with us so definitely didn’t want to be hearing swear words the only other thing I’d say are that prices are a bit steep although the sandwiches roasties we had were really nice we thought the price for a milkshake were a bit steep. If the customer service was sorted out it would be a great little tea room!"

I could regularly sneak all day their tender-free samples of Spanish cheese, meat, olive and dips. then I would pull a cripple at one of the community tables in their busy restaurant and order a tonne tapas from the day menu. "We have immersed in this small, simple restaurant for coffee and a light lunch. the young staff was very friendly and helpful. the tables were well spaced, clean and easy. the service was very good; the drinks were generous, hot and full of taste. Our hot dogs...and thin chips were also generous portions and very tasty. the toilets were very clean and tidy, which is for me a good indicator for a well-run place."
