"The food was ok, just. Waitress staff were obviously busy but to be honest the food was cold, which is not great seeing as we had prawns mussels and lobster. We also had sea bream which was the highlight, acceptably hot, fresh and tasty. I am sure we just picked a bad night, I know the owner was away but we expected better. I think an investment in a food thermometer would be a good idea. Service: Dine in"

"Hadn’t been here for since last year as the last couple of times food was very dry and well under par . Went last night on way home from work at 7.30, we had been looking forward to our favourite place Mr Chips all day, but for some reason it had closed early. I thought maybe Rowlies had improved so would give it another go but Nope it was awful, actually felt sick after eating it. Fish was slimy, grey, tasteless and undercooked, batter was soggy and way too much, chips tasted like they had been repeatedly cooked . Will certainly not be returning, especially after the last time I rang them to let them know how poor it was and the girl who answered just said ‘Ok, thankyou’ . I would rather go without ."

"Heard off some friends of ours today that this was open nearby and delivered, they said that the food was lovely. We contacted them to ask for a menu and they were very helpful, sent it via WhatsApp for us. Ordered and received excellent customer...service and then the food arrived! Wow! It was plentiful, hot, fresh, homemade and delicious! To top it off, the person I spoke to on the phone followed up with a message to ask if everything was ok! I teach hospitality and customer service and this was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We will definitely be return customers."

"We don't live too far from Tenby I love going here, I managed to make it for a late booking, unfortunately the place went down... the staff is friendly enough, but too many things wrong! I ordered the most expensive...campaign for one on the menu, it came open without ice buckets, the glass was not clean it was well worn not a nice experience Beautiful appetizers very tasty, we ordered a well made rack of lamb, it came COLD, we waited then 15 minutes or so, while the rest of our party had ended their meal, the lamb came full of fat, hardly boiled, and apparently added to us I think they came with our meals anyway!!!! No napkins, we still had to ask for drinks, so yes, friendly service, but we will not hurry back soon"
