What Miguel angel Nuñez diaz (TRULY) doesn't like about Café Arsenio:
There is no skewer with the consumption (before, if at least for 1 euro or something like that), instead they plant you a shabby and bad mini portion of baby squid and 10 big turkeys. Not even in Pozuelo de Alarcon or in La Moraleja do they charge you that. You have to improve gentlemen, you are in a small town. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.
