Placed an order on 6/1/2021 for a shank. The web page noted a 4 week timeline. No problem, my big trip wasn’t until the middle of August. They charged my card as soon as the order was placed. It has been 10 weeks since the order has been placed. At 7 weeks I decided to call to check up. Arrived Sunday afternoon, all sites were empty. Not a soul around. We picked one and set up for the night. The next day a young man was emptying the trash cans but was unable to tell us anything about payment. We checked the office at the factory next door but they seemed unconcerned and explained it is almost always empty on the weekends and mostly used by the customers getting repairs on their hitch systems.
