Great lunch! Frankly nothing to say turn was excellent as previous times! Thank you to the chef for having respected the fact that I don't like butter and have served me my resistance dish with small legumes cooked just for me without butter... I've enjoyed myself! Excellent foie gras... But the duo of Kleist and Saint-Pierre was too grilled and too cooked, the vegetables were cooked too soft, not seasoned... Too bad.
