What bocfat likes about Charly's:
Country little restaurant simple and quaint with local pics and big windows right on main street. Enjoyed the fish tacos w breaded Cod and a side of breaded shrimp w raspberry tea. My friend had a classic hamburger and said it was very good too. Min Street was prepimg for the annual Tobacco festival held last Saturday of October so pumpkins and cornstarch were everywhere. What brad phillipe doesn't like about Charly's:
I hate to complain about a local restaurant, but they auto charged a 20% tip on a call in order. This was on the ticket and was not wrote in. They even had a line that says extra tip. So my $14 sandwich cost $18.87. Tips used to be earned now they expect it. Might as well just include it in the price of the meal! The tip was not earned, but they will not get it again.
