The Cross Keys Inn - Penrith

What User likes about The Cross Keys Inn:
I had roast beef which was good the other 3 had burgers they said they were good Downside was the service,quite slow,we ordered 2 puddings 1 hot 1 cold which took over 40 mins to arrive with no apology,it's off putting to see staff sat eating near the bar area and on their mobile phones View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about The Cross Keys Inn:
the menu we were given was on a piece of paper and the print had run out at the bottom of it so we could not read everything. the prices were very expensive and not much choice. the service was terrible, the waitress was useless and very slow. eating was very nice and can't blame the cook. I felt abandoned by the waitress. View all feedback.
