Q: When is a restaurant not a restaurant? A: When it 's a bar! If you or any of your party are under 18 years you cannot enter here ergo it is NOT a restaurant, but a bar. Q: Well why the F*CK can you book this restaurant through opentable then?????????? Dining is clearly not the target market who knows what is? Perhaps this is why it will remain empty. This wine bar is beautiful! All the food was amazing except the steak, that was crispy and had a lot of fat, that was disappointing.
