What User doesn't like about El Jannah Penrith:
I ordered lunch for 12:13 at 11:23. I get a message at 12:57 saying your delivery was cancelled and can't be made please call El Jannah. I call the restaurant at 12:57 and immediately get placed on hold for 11 mins. I speak to a El Jannah representative and all they offer is a refund and no explanation. Not good enough. I miss out on and waste my lunch break.. thank you team el Jannah Penrith read more.
