"LOVE THIS PLACE... ESPECIALLY THE OUTSIDE BAR! This little gem never disappoints! I have always had EXCELLENT service and this time was as good as it gets! Thanks for taking such GOOD care of me Savanah! You made great drinks and were pleasant and professional. Keeping everyone satisfied during SPRING BREAK is pretty remarkable! I recommend that people buy the yeti type Casino Beach Bar Tumbler! You get way better pricing on drinks and it is a great keepsake!"

"First time at Flounders. We were quoted 30-40min wait (fair for Friday night on the beach) and were sat about 5mins after that. The wait went by fast because it was a non-stop show of people of all kinds (dressed and half-clothed) from all corners of life and all ages. A huge storm blew through while we waited and there wasn’t a good place to take cover. Rain poured through the cracks of the shelter overhead and splashed the benches so there was no way to keep dry. Everyone carried on. No big deal. Food was amazing and came quick in spite of how busy they were. My husband and I ordered the stuffed flounder, shrimp mac&chz, hush puppies and flounder chowder. Our server Jordan was here for summer from Michigan—very kind and attentive. We were in and out relatively quick after our wait. Would absolutely come again. I’m only 33, but for the most part it was such a young crowd that I felt like an old geezer on Greek row."

"The first thing that pleases is parking. And then when you go up to the restaurant... you forget about everything. Incredibly beautiful view! The atmosphere and interior make your stay comfortable. The waiters are very attentive and skilled. We received our order very quickly. After I tasted the first bite of my fish...I told my husband that I want to stay here) it was incredibly tasty...without disturbing the taste of the fish...everything was balanced. It was high quality food. It's incredibly tasty and presentable. The crab was fantastic! We ate food with a great view! And I didn't want to leave this place! My husband promised me that we will celebrate Christmas in this restaurant! I wish prosperity and more good guests to this restaurant!"

"Peg Leg Pete's came highly recommended on our travels and the food definitely did not disappoint! First thing though, do not be dissuaded by the hostesses, they are definitely not a representation of the remaining staff or experience. Management should probably pay a bit more attention to the first impression they are giving the restaurant! That being said, once seated, everything is fabulous! Chandra was super friendly, laughed with us many times and had us laughing plenty!! She was very attentive and provided great service, great enough that we came back the next day, sadly she was off that day! The food was phenomenal! We started with the Baked Oyster Sampler and then shared the recommended Stuffed Shrimp dinner. The sampler brought us back the next day for another platter, they were that good!! The second visit, hubby had the red beans and rice which is huge, and I had a bowl of chowder which is loaded and delicious! Ryan was our server on our second visit and he was just as friendly as Chandra was on the first visit! Great food, great service (other than hostess), we will definitely recommend and return!"
