"I have driven by this place many times when buying fresh seafood nearby. This time, after hearing how good they were, my wife and I stopped. DO NOT JUDGE THIS PLACE BY OUTSIDE APPEARANCE. The food is delicious. It was the best food we ate on this trip to the area and we went to several restaurants. The restaurant is quant and appealing on the inside. Try the fried green tomatoes. If it's busy, be prepared to wait outside sitting in old metal chairs. It's worth the wait."

"My breakfast (bacon and cheese omelette) was good. Omelettes are served with choice of grits or potato tots and toast or biscuits. Our experience would have been MUCH better had the service been better. Our server brought our drinks, took our order and then we didn't see her again until we were ready to go. Someone else brought our meal from the kitchen. We were never asked if we needed more coffee/water. Never asked if things were okay. Food was good......service, not so much."
