It had been a while since we last visited KFC. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was very juicy with an excellent taste. I think it could have used a bit more sauce, but I’ll let that slide! My wife got the spicy chicken sandwich and had no complaints, except that it also had the same mayo. We placed our order online, and I just went in to pick it up. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
Every time we visit this restaurant, we've been told they’re out of the boom even though they close at 10 PM. Why are they out of it by 8? This is the third time this has happened to my partner and me. This place definitely needs new management! Now, I drive across the city to another KFC that is much better, and they never run out of items! View all feedback.
I had the best experience with jay, the manager of the load! my job was wrong after doordash had picked up the wrong order that I called kfc and spoke to jay, and I drove to kfc and jay and his employees repaired everything and made sure everything was good and they were very polite. Thanks again! so I love kfc! plus eating is really good
I got the kfc famous bowl. The easiest thing you could make there and they didn’t even get it right . There were more potatoes then anything and they didn’t even put the 3 cheese. Smh . Get people who know what they doin cause this ain’t it .
This has to be one of the most poorly run KFC's in history. I think the colonel would absolutely turn over in his grave if he knew what awful service this place delivers. Also, the drive thru is an absolute fiasco! Avoid this location at all costs!
It's ok. Check your order before you drive off. They messed up my order twice.But KFC has a good product
Ordered online. Pickup time was 5:38. I got there about 5:40. I didn't leave with my food until 6:15. The dining room isn't even open, so no crowd. I watched several others come and go. Even received one of my orders while I waited for the order I ordered BEFORE the one given to me. It was a cluster. The staff was pleasant but I wouldn't say they were concerned about my happiness regarding my food and wait. I don't foresee myself returning.
