Mcdonald's - Pensacola

Staff is always friendly, but this location needs some work. My Crispy Chicken Sandwich is consistently over-cooked (I guess better than being under-cooked) and the fries are never filled to the container. Plus, the floor is often dirty when I go inthere. If the front of house is that dirty then I can only imagine what it?s like behind the counter.

Very nice manager. She was concerned about the service I received and me having to wait, so she threw in free fries for me. Totally unexpected in a very nice way. I hadn't said a word about it.

No one even took our order at the drive thru speakers. We had to order when we got to the window. The staff member we finally were able to speak with was kind and helped us. The food was fine typical McDonald's fare. I do love those breakfast biscuits.

Was a delicious afternoon snack for after my kids got out of school. we stopped and got us all hot fudge Sundays and french fries. I use the online app without problems at all. I got some deals and rewards. The ice cream machine is working at thislocation.

Very rude, deliberately dropped my sauce on floor then handed it back to me. Expected me to use it still. They made our ice coffees without coffee. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. My daughter found a hair in her sandwich. Ispent $40 and I regretted it. Terrible customer service. I ask for dine in they put in a bag.
