My friends lunch was great but my lunch special was nothing special. They ran out of broccoli soup and said could I have a small house salad but was told now. She came back and said there was one more cup of broccoli only problem was it was potato because there was peeling in it. The soup was good but not broccoli. Hahaha. We were seated at a table that had a draft, plus were put my a large table with over 12 people so it was noisy. We asked the air to be turned down, which the waitress tried to do. We still had to eat with our coats on throughout the meal. My husband ordered prime rib and it was cooked perfectly. My filet was way over-cooked( I asked for medium rare) . "Jason was one of my regular visits when I lived in the southwest of FL. This is my first time in a few years. I had the bread sandwich and it was honest to one of the best I've ever eaten. Overall, the quality of the food was excellent. A few things had changed since my last visit. They only use to go cups now, but not cheap. Her napkins were heavy duty. The salad bar is much smaller, but still very large and fresh. Many nice little side parts on the bar. Our sandwiches were a bit expensive, but I'd say it was worth the money, but maybe not every day. We'll be back."
