Panda Express - Pensacola

The food I received was okay. The crab Rangoon was the best. I locked up dinner for the night and they didn't fix the order right. I have the bigger plate and I only have 2 meats.

I took a drive thru order for a bigger plate, the food was good but the portion was very little. Had orange chicken which had 5 pieces, Pepper chicken 5 pieces , beef, 4 pieces, a just half a cup of chow mein, did not expect that for a bigger plate of order. Was expecting a bigger plate would have some decent amount of quantity, but the quantity was so less. I would recommend people not to take it through drive thru, and would request the Panda Express servers to put some quantity when its bigger plate.

Service isn't warm and friendly. While you're placing your order they are constantly cutting you off. Portions are small for the price charged. Most of the time the food taste really good. So when you average out unfriendly service to good tasting, overpriced food it comes out to an overall average of 3 stars for me.

Staff is friendly. Very expensive and fried rice has zero flavor! I have tried it dozens of times with the same results! Literally in a blind taste test I wouldn't be able to tell the difference from their fried rice or plain white rice! They charge too much for how mediocre the food it.

The food here is terrible! It was lukewarm to the table so it had been around awhile. The chow mein dry. Fried rice dry. The rangoon all pieces were fried open and tasteless. Nothing was seasoned. You think something in a sauce would have SOME flavor? Small portions. I got 3 pieces of steak in my whole entrée. And that's the up charged black pepper angus. Recieved no fortune cookies in the order either. Was walked away from while ordering. The workers here are more concerned about hooping and hollering in the back or standing here on the line talking about people and cussing openly than they are about making the food or servicing the customers.
