What Truth about Everything likes about Uncle Jiang:
We finally found our Pensacola Asian food spot! I stopped at a shop on the other side kept smelling good food. I popped around the corner decided to try. I went back 2 days in a row! So good!!! The only things i wish i could find now is mandarin chicken lumpia in the area. Highly recommend this restaurant. Their lo mein, fried rice, crab rangoon has been my favorite so far. What Ty Harrison Adcock doesn't like about Uncle Jiang:
Quick, efficient and busy. People constantly coming in and out to pick up orders. I got the Mongolian beef (so much straight pepper that I couldn't enjoy the sauce, shrimp lo mein (nice and savory), and sessamee chicken (sauce was on point). "It was immediately greeted with a warm smile. The first time in place, so asked a few questions. Cashier was very helpful and got the answers I needed. I ordered a bowl of spicy tuna and salmon to go. Proceed to add all Else, they had under the glass... everything except the sink. Fresh ingredients, really good portions. I was in another Poke Bowl restaurant and felt betrayed with the portions they gave me. Yummy poke I'm happy. Solid, solid poke shell. Only negative would I say there are very little parking during the noon. I would suggest a parking space at the adjacent Starbucks and walk (as I had to do)."

"I went for two chicken nugget and fries meals that I had ordered ahead on the app. The employee once I got there was very kind (even though I thought I had to show something for her to scan) and told me I just had to say my number for the order. After that I pulled forward and was quickly handed my food."
