While not gourmet food, the 2 ladies were pleasant and got the order together quickly. The down side was location, like many of the food outlets in Penticton, not the easiest place to get in and out of. Penticton seems to have this weird way of routing traffic, you never know if you're in a driveway or road View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Time:
It is rare that I would suggest this place should be closed down. The interior is not that clean. The staff have problems understanding orders requested and it takes a few helpers to figure it out. The food is almost tasteless. The meat has no flavour whatsoever and very little of it. If u are looking for a quick meal this will work. We only ordered two things and one was the wrong item and both the burrito and hard tacos were cold. Didn't notice this as we got it to go. Hot sauce was good! Just make sure your order is right before you leave!
We used the drive through, the speaker was broken so we were asked to pull up to the window, made the wait a little longer, but still quite reasonable. They specifically asked if we wanted sour cream & hot sauce so we didn't have to request it, however, they forgot to include it with our meal, very disappointed when we got home to discover that. The food is very filling with large portions, I'll be back but next time will wait until I have more time so I can eat in and enjoy it.
Clean facility. What can you say, it is Taco Time? Same food as the others. Just like any other franchise....guess if you like them taco's this is the place to visit while in town.
Great place to grab that super soft taco and mexi fries on the run and tacos for the kids. A nice change from the usual fast food run or when you're craving their hot sauce.
As far as fast food goes it's no worse than others, but the service is marginal, staff didn't seem to know what went on items ordered, some money spent on training would be good
