Just had a bodacious BBQ brisket sandwich by Slow Hand BBQ. We ordered it today and picked it up. I ordered the Austin sandwich and was blown away from the flavors. The bride was perfect moist, tender and fleshy. My daughter had the cona; the pineapple salsa made it fabulously connected to the pig. Our pages of Mac and Cheese and Cornbread were also delicious. We must have gone at a bad time because the ribs were kind of burnt and not good everything looked as if it had been sitting for a while.
