"Arro con pollo tacos w chips/salsa very slow service, delivered food without utensils. Asked food server, he left did not return. Long wait for waitress to our table. Had to go to bar got rude response but did finally get utensils wrapped w napkin. Food was cold without flavor. Cold beans. Yuck! Pleasant outside weather but table was tilted. Pen to sign charge slip leaked ink all over hands. Poor processes, poor service and unflavorful food. This was our 4th visit. Staff not trained well with no or poor management . Will not return."
