Best Chinese food and peoria! They were open on new years eve last year and I'm sure had hundreds of orders. They were as efficient as they could be with the amount of orders due to the holiday and not many other restaurants open. Food and service is so good I am perfectly fine waiting as long as I need to! What Vanessa heusel doesn't like about Golden Kitchen:
Current Google rating is 4.4 at the time of this review. I was going to dine in but decided not to since it was quite small inside and bare, meaning it lacked any appeal to dine in. The staff was busy in the back making the food. The cashier, a young woman, appeared nice and took my order at the counter. I sat and waited for no more than 10 minutes. She verified my order as correct. I brought the food home, it was st... View all feedback.
Wow. Best place in town hands down . Chicken fried rice and shrimp is amazeballls
Picture of the bland Singapore Mei Fun, so little flavor, weird mouth feel on the noodles. Crab Rangoon too sweet, I doubt there is anything but cream cheese in them. Fried things are greasy. Egg rolls undone but dry? Confusing and unsatisfying. Scared to try the dumplings. I'm not sure I could find a reason to give them another chance.
One of the best Chinese Restaurant's that I have been to. The food was excellent, it was well prepared, great selection of choices to choose from, and very reasonably priced. The staff was also very friendly and patient as I tried to decide what I wanted. Definitely will be my go to while I am in Peoria.
The smoothie graced my taste buds with the best tasting thing ever
Asked for warm drinking water, but they gave hot boiling water that burnt my mouth. I ordered Orange chicken, which was very hard to chew, wont recommend trying this place. They gave very fragile plastic forks to eat rice and chicken. The chicken was so hard that it wasn't possible to use fork, and how can one eat rice with fork? When I asked for a stronger silverware, they gave me another fragile plastic fork. I again asked for a spoon, and luckily, they had one small plastic spoon. Would never visit this place again in my life.
