My Kind of Town Bar...the owner went to Loyola and DePaul...she recently purchased this St. LOUIS Cardinal bar is turning it into a Chicago Cubs Bar....with Chicago Beefs other Chicago Staples on their way!!! The absolute worst service I've ever experienced. It took us almost 30 minutes to pay our tab and our food was awful. I'll never come back
People are nice food and service were great on Weds night.

Our first visit, from a recommendation from a friend. The food is AMAZING! !! Fresh, rich and so unexpected from a charming neighborhood establishment. Definitely going to go back soon.
Haven't been here in ages. Read in the local paper about the new chef. Went in to give it a try with the family. Absolutely on point. The collard greens are smoky delicious. Mac Cheese was perfect. Chicken tang sandwich has a mustard based sauce that puts any chicken sandwich to shame. Pot roast is like grandma made. Everything is clearly made from scratch. The cheese spread is still the same and awesome as ever. Definitely on the repeat list. Congratulations to Chef Shaun Castle's. Can't wait to go back!!!!
