Papa Johns Pizza - Peoria

The manager was very inconspicuous and did not seem to hear. the supplier was very aggressive with regard to a top he believes he deserves. I felt very insecure about the driver and his wut and when she spoke to the manager regarding this matter, she simply said that “it was not good”. I was not taken seriously and this is very disappointing.

If I could give them a -1 I would. Customer service doesn't exist at this Papa John's! I have placed many orders online, and never had to worry about my order being right. I placed my order, and continued on working.Food was delivered, and I go to the kitchen, and I open the pizza box. It has pepperoni and some odd looking object in the pizza. It also, had a nasty smelling order. It had anchovies. I called and was trying to speak to Hailey. She said I wouldn't be able to get a replacement because it was on my receipt. I looked and yes it was on there, but who goes and look at the email receipt evertime! I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANCHOVIES, especially because my mom will not touch anything with any SEAFOOD. I know, I didn't place the order with ANCHOVIES. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she said she was, and then I asked for the GM. She said sorry not in today. Okay, well her tone, and behavior is completely unexpected. The system added the anchovies I didn't. All I wanted was just a pizza without the anchovies. Customer service wasn't there!

I ordered a Epic Pepperoni- Stuffed Crust 1-Topping Pizza Special. When I got the pizza home I discovered it was a cheese pizza with pepperoni stuffed crust. I called the number for the store (623) 486-7272 and asked to speak to the manager to explain that we received the wrong pizza. The young lady on the phone proceeded to explain how I was wrong not them, if I wanted Pepperoni I should have ordered the pepperoni on the pizza. This was a bit bewildering as I had ordered an Epic Pepperoni pizza with pepperoni stuffed crust, the picture on the menu clearly shows pepperoni on (as in topping) for the Epic Pepperoni- Stuff Crust 1-Topping Pizza Special. Rather than trying to make the situation right, the manager was more concerned about how she and her store were right and I was wrong, I let her know I was bringing the pizza back for a refund. I recommend that you do not order a pepperoni pizza without ensuring they are going to actually put pepperoni on your pizza or save yourself the frustration and order from another establishment as common sense apparently is not very common at this location.

This place can never seem to take my discover card. I don't go to this one that often because of this. I've complained about this several times and they seem to care.

Since under new ownership, quality and taste is terrible. Made my stomach upset next day. Will not be going back.
