What Grapevine doesn't like about Miao Xiang Zhai:
Pan mee- Hardly found this in the vega style. Raw noodle was made in time.The dough was compressed and stilted from sheet with handy small machine and perfectible in varies strips,fine to medium or even teared to the small flat pieces by hand.The texture was soft and elastic.
