The yam rice here is superb! I personally think that this is better than the one in Raja Uda. The rice is very aromatic and the chilli is well-mixed. One downside is the drinks here are quite expensive. A cup of iced tea costs RM2. View all feedback.

Had lunch with Chip Heng Yam rice! Packed with locals, definitely best of the area. Price is reasonable, its around rm10 per person.
