"Wow what an experience! Michel and his co workers made our visit to Percé unforgettable. We were a group of 22 and it was not that easy to find a place for us to eat all together. Michel helped us with the pick up first night and invited us over for the 2nd night. Food was amazing (especially lobster and fetuccini with shrimps), atmosphere is very friendly, hospitality and sense of respect are beyond the standards! I would put 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended place for a supper in Percé! Call and pre reserve or just show up"

"We chose the Normandie for five nights in June in a 3rd floor view room. Good choice! We enjoyed our time. Service was sparse (so they think it’s still pandemic? but the room was tidy and the property well maintained. If you want a hotel with a view of the rock (it’s why you drove all this way, isn’t it?? then this is your place. Recommended. Rooms: Comfortable if a bit dated in their decor. Food drinks: Excellent table d’hote value for dinner and the dining room itself makes you feel like you are in a ship on the water thanks to its elevated position. Noteworthy details: Stay in the 3rd floor view rooms, the rock seems surreal and is a source of fascinating entertainment at all hours with the light changing the colors characteristics of it. Rooms: 5 Service: 3 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet"

"Very plain, boring food. I had salmon and cod with rice and vegetables . The fish had a weird taste, the vegetables were mushy and there were basically none on the plate. At $70 for two entrees, it wasn 't cheap either. There 's plenty of good food in Percé to waste time or money here."

"Tried the Crab and Lobster Guédille (roll) and found that the meat inside it was just the imitation crab meat and not the original Crab or Lobster as advertised. Was so disappointed as I was hoping to eat some good local food. Update: I like and appreciate the fact that the owner had come back to clarify. I'll update the star rating for that. However, I do stick to my opinion, but will just add/update saying that the lobster meat tasted similar to the meat(filling) in the crab guédille, which I certainly know is not crab meat and rather the imitation one. The owner didn't challenge that point as well. Having said the above, the rolls were tasty and delivered quickly, just the doubt about the meats."

"We found this place by chance, and we were more than pleasantly overcrowded! It's a hidden jewel! We had lunch there! The service was superb! Our server was very accommodating with our food allergies! If we ever get back to Perce, it will be a certain stop!"

"We order the salmon salad and pizza/poutine with limited expectations from a place like this but actually the pizza poutine were quite good! The salmon salad tasted fresh as well. The presentation could have been better for the salmon (a fillet on top would have been better) but the taste was good. The waiter could have checked in on our meal but it was quite busy."

"Service was not great, to the point that I did something I haven't done in 20 years, I left $0 tip. Server was not apologetic after forgetting things. Took quite a while to have our order taken (was not busy). After asking for the bill our server proceeded to clean other tables, and basically forgetting about us all together, until I had to get up and follow her around the restaurant to ask again. Got it 30 seconds after that so it clearly doesn't take long to print the bill. The food was pretty good, just above average. The burgers were not freshly made but frozen. A bit overpriced for the food quality. If I could have, I would have given the cook the tip."
