Very nice atmosphere. The oysters are good and especially the little shallot sauce that goes with them. Good service. Too bad it faces the roundabout
Deplorable service...sauerkraut with average quality cold meats, acidic cabbage without taste. Very disappointed...maitre kanter is no longer a quality brewery!
This restaurant is no longer what it was, too bad for a so-called gastronomic city, the future of the region is quality, which is lacking in Périgueux

It's expensive for what it is. It's passable but really nothing more. Tried for work, it's really the kind of address that I don't recommend. The quality/price...

"Izba is located in a lovely little alley. The restaurant seems small but it is not to mention the large interior terrace that you can enjoy the days of beautiful weather! The kitchen is local, organic and vegetarian (but with the choice, I think it can also be suitable for vegans). It's 100% homemade, with a menu at 19,50€ for dessert dish (at least for lunch, I didn't test at night). So if I had to summarize, I could say that Izba is the paradise of vegetarians in Périgueux!"

"We were visiting the region from California and stumbled upon one of the best meal of our lives. We always use Trip Advisor and had some really good food. We dine out a lot and everything about this restaurant was perfect. The decor was cozy, refined and gorgeous. The bathroom was pristine and romantic. We were there with our special needs son so we were hesitant that the staff may not approve of his erratic behavior, but they were extremely accommodating and kind. The food was exquisite and scrumptious. The presentation was creative and the style of cooking was different and deserving a Michelin star. We would pay a fortune to eat there again but the price was inexpensive for the amount and the quality of the food. The experience was unforgettable. It is a beautiful region and the restaurant is worth driving 1.5 hours from Bordeaux to eat. Thank you for the most amazing experience. We ordered everything on the menu and everything was outstanding. The Tarte poivre was heavenly."
