Casale Dimaggio - Perkasie

What Dee Greenholt likes about Casale Dimaggio:
This restaurant is new and seems to be still ironing out some wrinkles. Service was attentive and friendly but showed inexperience in things like icing wine, bringing out courses in proper order, explaining certain menu items, etc. Food is traditional Italian but flavors and textures were excellent (better than most local competitors). Do not eat here or even try to make a reservation. First when we arrived early for our reservation they told us they do not honor reservations made online unless it’s 6+. Okay, thanks for emailing me back...I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. Plenty of time to let a guest know. So, we waited for 30 min for a table. After sitting and ordering immediately; our appetizer (fried mozzarella) came out 30 min later.... View all feedback.
