This was our first experience with buckwheat crepes, but it certainly won't be the last. The buckwheat provided an excellent tasting and ingenious envelope for their expertly prepared ingredients. Our hot ingredients stayed hot, moist and flavorful throughout the meal without leaking or tearing the crepe.
