Amazing how the meat can be both greasy and dry at the same time. I specifically asked for the juiciest part of the birria, if possible also some of the meat's crispy outer crust. If you've been to an authentic Mexican birrieria you might know what I was asking for. The server just responded all our meat is juicy. That's not what I got, total letdown. ? View all feedback.
Consome was deliciously seasoned, not salty like others I've had.. Meat was tender and juicy and not fatty.
Very authentic birria. I would go again. I highly recommend, I went to the shop, I have not tried the food truck.
