Food and service were good, but it is so ungodly hot in this restaurant, I didn’t feel like eating. If I feel this awful, I can’t imagine how the employees must feell! You're doing business! I have always waited in a line that always 4 to 5 cars deep (every day) They move it along pretty fast! This also means that food remains fresh!
Food and service were good, but it is so ungodly hot in this restaurant, I didn’t feel like eating. If I feel this awful, I can’t imagine how the employees must feell! It would’ve felt more comfortable to sit outside and eat on a hot August day in South Georgia than to be inside that restaurant!
I’ve given this place multiple chances, and now I WONT return. Ever. The employees care about nothing except being on their phones. Everyone I’ve interacted with at this location have been rude, and act like I’m a bother. I’m buying YOUR food, and my money contributes to your paycheck! Foul language (should have turned the mic off! and making a mockery of customers. The chicken place down the street was the same, and they’ve closed. I could see this location following suit. The wait time is insane. If theres more than 1-2 cars in the drive-thru, plan to be in line for 45 minutes to an hour. Yes, you read that correctly. Even be the lone car in line you wont get your food any sooner than 20-30 minutes. I assumed its because they prepare orders fresh, but I’m wrong. It’s because the employees dilly-dally and care more about whats happening on their phone than whats happening in front of them. For such long wait times, I would expect the food to be HOT. It’s not. I know I’ll get the standard “contact us via our website” response because the owner doesn’t truly care, but I figured I’d at least let others know- SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. Don’t believe me? Read the other reviews. This Captain D’s won’t see another penny from me.
