I stopped in today and purchased two sancochos. I bit into a piece of yautia and found hard seeds inside (kinda looked like a rock). I called and spoke to someone and they stated that it is normal for the yautia to have black things inside. I have bought and cooked yautia before myself and I never seen this before.
