"Came through for a visit to Kinneil House and Bo'ness for the day from Edinburgh and came in for a sit down Tea. "Lovely warm atmosphere, staff were friendly and attentive. We had a little wait for our table as we were earlier but offered plenty of drinks and menu to look at. Food was excellent came out hot, beautifully presented and tasted incredible. Puddings were absolutely delicious but maybe a little overpriced for portion size. Highly recommend the donut holes for pudding they were phenomenal! My only tiny complaint is that our table was directly next to the coffee machine and a whole party table ordered coffees, so we had to sit in silence for a good 5 10 minutes while they were preparing the drinks. Apart from this lovely meal and would definitely go back."

"We had been bought vouchers , for our stay , it was a lovely experience from dealing with reception, bar staff, waiting staff ,and the owner , the barmans knowledge on whisky was outstanding, we drank there own Rose wine , which was outstanding, the food is the best I have eaten in a long time , the steak was beautiful, the whole ambiance was beautiful, we will definitely be back ."
