"Amazing little Cafe in Northbridge/ Mount Lawley area. It looks hidden from the road but worth going in. Truffle and Parmesan Scrambled Eggs with a Matcha Coffee. Fresh salad, good strong flavours. Great staff, fast service. I said I only had 30 mins and could I have it without bread, they smiled and accommodated it. A hidden find."

"A unique restaurant that sets itself aside from the varying asian restaurant options in perth city. A great idea for a date. The food sets make it easy to pick a good combination of meals and is also cheap given the variety and serving sizes. Friendly staff however not as responsive. Not enough dipping sauce is given for the meat but it tastes amazing and the staff are happy to provide more with no additional charge. They are also happy to cater other options for meal sets if there is a specific request."

"The First Edition Cafe is on the ground level of the State Library of Western Australia (SLWA). If you are doing some serious study, a good strong cup of coffee can help clear out the cobwebs. The coffee is well made, and you can also...get some tasty light meals. The SLWA would be a less tolerable place without the First Edition. Every serious State Library deserves a good coffee shop."
