Definitely a different take to ramen with its unique broths. We ordered the Midnight Sun and the Umami Bomb. They offer free noodle top up and the service is friendly and helpful in terms of offering to add more soup base if too salty. The flavours of each broth was delicious, thick and full of flavour.
