Poor customer service. Placed an order via telephone on Sunday for pick up the next Saturday. Called on Friday to confirm the order and they said there's no record?? Lucky I called otherwise my poor friend will end up with no cake on his birthday. Also speak really poor English and could not spell simple English name.
