Hoy Pinoy is a stand on the nadnudular markets. They serve a variety of Asian dishes, including Satays. I ordered the Liempo (BBQ pig belly with rice) for $ 16. There was a really long line for the stand. The pork belly was really soft and the BBQ sauce was really tangy. The rice was cooked well. The only mistake was the pork belly was quite greasy.
