Hoy Pinoy is a stand on the nadnudular markets. They serve a variety of Asian dishes, including Satays. I ordered the Liempo (BBQ pig belly with rice) for $ 16. There was a really long line for the stand. The pork belly was really soft and the BBQ sauce was really tangy. The rice was cooked well. The only mistake was the pork belly was quite greasy. I was very pleased when I was invited to start the perth night noodle markets. that is a event that is presented part of the watoday good food month by citi. littlegirlbigfood has been persistent for so long that such invites were few and far between and if nothing else it was nice to be other foods. to preview this great Perth Food event was an honor.
