Five of us had the pleasure of dining at Ishka at 6pm on a Saturday evening. The location is above the Breakwater Tavern and quite a lot of noise comes up over the balcony, but was not a problem as we were dining early. The menu was interesting and reasonably priced. The sunset was perfect.The big windows are great for watching the sunset but reverberate all the conversations around the restaurant, there is no sound dampening. Then the noise from below added to the mix.Even the toilets are noisy, with the hand dryers running at 125 decibels. Food was good. We had main course and sweets.
