"On a quiet evening this seemed to be pretty much the only place to eat in town. The bar & the restaurant were very quiet also. I was happy to see bottles of beer from the local brewery In the fridge. The service was a bit up & down, staff would disappear for 5 or 10 mins at a time. I had a steak, which was good. No more no less, it did the job."

"We came on Monday night to four people. We were six in all in the restaurant room. James' shells were rubbery, liquid sauce. The ribs were too cooked, liquid and insipid sauces. The vegetables served were the same for different dishes. Very salty addition to the quality of the dishes. To escape."
