I stopped for a quick lunch, currently they are open always at lunch, with self-service mode, in the evening with à la carte menu. wide choice of first, second and more soft contours. In my opinion, one of the best perugia premises where to stop for a fast, quality and economic lunch. What User doesn't like about Il Baldo:
Yes, it's a Spaniard, a grill, so there's tons of meat, I'm seriously doubtful vegan options exist, and vegetarian is the normal Italian stuff you get almost everywhere.
