"הגענו לאזור וחיפשנו את המסעדה הקרובה ביותר בשעה מאוחרת יחסית עם בננו קטן בן 4. בהתחלה קיבלנו את הרושם שהמקום לא יתאים לילד קטן כי העיצוב והמראה המוקפד על כל פרט ופרט שידרו מסעדת גורמה. ועד מהרה גילינו יחס אדיב ומזמין והתייחסות מדהימה גם לכך שיש ילד קטן באמצעות צבעים ודפי ציור לילד, וגם הסבר על המנות בתפריט בצורה סבלנית ונעימה. וגולת הכותרת היתה במנות המדהימות שכל אחת בטעמים מדהימים יותר מהאחרת. שיטות בישול מיוחדות כמו בישול בואקום ושימוש בחומרי גלם מעניינים. מהמנות שאנחנו אכלנו כל ביס היה תענוג וחוויה בהחלט שונה ומיוחדת למסעדה וגם הקינוח היה עדין וטעים בצורה מיוחדת. מאוד מאוד מומלץ. "Very good, sympatic owners, this popular place is not easy to see from Corso Vannucci and therefore only peoples knowint it attend; we have seen no tourist but only local peoples. We have been a Friday evening and returned Saturday evening. After the order the owner came to advice us that the meat we asked did not please her and she propose to change it with something better for the same price. Very good; This will be my cantine from now on in Perugia."
