"To me, this is the best restaurant in Salzburg. Good quality ingredients, treated well, respecting the austrian traditional gastronomy and always looking for an uplifted touch of innovation. All very well balanced! As well, the location and the personal is very welcoming and makes it very enjoyable. Wine pairing is worthy and the cheese trolley is very complete! The price is for special occasions, although the quality price/quality is better than the other hi end restaurants in the region."

"We had a lunch here, surrounding is fantastic, but food is mediocre. All is vegetarian and we have no problem with that, but be aware, it is not obvious. Fries were mediocre. Drinks fine, off course."

"I tried a steak from fruhlings specials, it was with big chips, speck, champignions, wobbles and soße. I ordered a medium steak, was great. I was here with my friends, they tried a hamburger, but was little dry. the service was really nice. Info:...if they don't smoke and don't really like it, they sit at another place of smoking. there is a door, but it is not yet closed."

"Wir hatten in diesem Restaurant eine Geburtstagsfeier. Sehr zu empfehlen !! Die Speisen waren reichlich und schmeckten sehr, sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde frisch aufgekocht. Die Speisekarte war Saisonal und übersichtlich. Die Atmosphäre war nett und der Wein war toll. Sehr schmackhaft. Gerne wieder !!"
