"It was a pretty good place to stop and eat. They have three main options: build your own Mac n' Cheese, Quesadilla, or Burger. Their topping list is a good list, but I felt when I got my order that I received very little Andouille Sausage for having paid three extra dollars for it. The broccoli amount was good, but I could have had a little more pesto as well. The portion size is very generous, I will say! My boyfriend got the BBQ Pork and Pepperjack Cheese added to his."

"I'm met with a gift shop right off the bat, that's fine. The interior of the restaurant itself is dated with a lot of fresh looking decor and tables. It feels nice. The menu caters for the elderly for sure. Their appetizers are portioned for groups, so bring a friend for sure. I sure didn't leave hungry! I had an appetizer of some fresh white cheddar cheese curds, but all I could taste was the breading due to it being in the fryer maybe 15 seconds too long. I had a fish fry combo, so perch and cod. Normally I'm a bloodhound for whether or not fish is fresh or frozen, but I was unable to ascertain. The portions were well set for an adult, but I didn't finish mine as the appetizer did some work on me. The French fries really got me feeling mixed. I enjoyed crisp, crunchy fries that don't taste like a freezer. These were approximately 1cm wide, 4mm thick, and around 3-5 inches long. As a result of how thin the fries are, they're essentially little planks of grease. I defy anyone to finish the fries and not feel like you have a softball sized wad of grease in your gut. Cheap bar food? Supposed to be greasy. This restaurant does not meet the class of cheap bar food, so these fries just don't fit. The tartar sauce has probably 1.5x the necessary amount of dill. It completely overpowered the fish, which had seasoning in the breading. In my opinion of having eaten more fish than a typical person has even seen, I find the freshness of the fish and if fried the batter are supposed to do the talking, not the seasoning. The breading should be subtle and add to the fish, not fight it to take the spotlight. Same goes for you, tartar sauce. I would recommend this place, but beware your grease levels before entering. After my meal, I am heavy and sluggish. I get it, fish fry, not really supposed to be healthy, but I've been to many places that have managed to pull off the balance to really set the hook to bring me back. This isn't it, but maybe sometime later in the future."
