"Spectacular food. The lunch specials are the perfect portion size. Starts with salad and hummus, then a basket of pita bread. We all had the chicken and gyro plate. Tried the fried cheese. Everything was delicious. Service was impeccable. Courteous. Restaurant was clean, atmosphere inviting. Great experience! We will be back."

"Driving home from North Carolina to New Orleans with BBQ cravings. Searched and found Murky Waters. My wife and I were very satisfied. Neat location in a renovated house. Lots of interesting blues art and photos on the walls. Very good food and friendly service. An interesting well stocked bar. If you are in town or on the highway this place is worth a stop"
