Driving back to Santa Rosa from Sonoma county, I felt in the mood for Chinese food. So I found Fantasy after searching the web. It was a total surprise that this is an authentic Chinese restaurant (but they also had American Chinese dishes too). I had a fried fish filet and some a-choy, both of which were delicious. While the restaurant looks like a bit of a hole in the wall, don't let that discourage you. View all feedback.

I understand that Cantonese food is supposed to be more ‘bland’, but food was barely edible : spent $65 for cold af bbq pork and duck. The pork was only edible because it wasn’t undercooked. Skin was super crunchy but the meat itself just felt meh. Not even due to flavor (again I understand more mild natural flavors). The duck was better than pork but still was not good. I didn't even want to eat it but I am more picky with meat than my partner. It was just a sad depressing meal. Felt like they just went and killed a pig and duck and roasted over a fire, which if that’s what you’re going for then ???? the presentation was great but I think we were just disappointed especially for price. Also got some soup where we both hated the broth, the only thing that saved it were the veggies inside. Overall we would rate the whole experience a 3 and that’s being generous just because they were nice and food was ready quick. Other than that I would MAYBE give it a 2 for actual quality and taste of food.
Hot pot was amazing! Would definitely recommend and go here again. This place put me into a food coma. We had a lot of leftovers so next time it would be nice to eat hotpot with many people.
Best Chinese food in Sonoma county. Authentic and fresh. We generally go for hot pot or seafood. Prices are reasonable. Service is great and the quality is delicious. Not enough people know about this place, because the location is a hole in the wall. Dietary restrictions: Hot pot has variety to go with most diets Kid-friendliness: Seems like a fine place to take kids Wheelchair accessibility: No steps
The world's worst chowmein I have ever had. And let me tell you, I have had a lot of them before. Is so oily and has no flavor, the noodles are hard and not fresh. The aftertaste is so gross, that I have an upset stomach all day after eating it. The roasted ducks and chicken are cold AF. The roasted pork is not crunchy or hot. And it cost almost $40. Never again.
