The team working here is ahhhhhmazing! I do mobile orders every once and a while, and they know who I am and it's like an episode of Cheers when I walk in (where everybody knows your name and they have my goodies pulled out and ready to go. A+ service every time. Thank you! View all feedback.

Let me start with I have been to many jamba locations. This Petaluma jamba has great smoothies, but the staff seems upset when you are ordering. These awkward and very unwelcoming encounters make me not feel it's worth going here. Definitely needs better customer service. View all feedback.
