We loved Hank?s. We visited it on New Years Day when quite a few restaurants in Downtown Petaluma were closed, and were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant serving the community. Extremely disappointed overall, driven by the unpalatable pizzas. The pasta and breaded eggplant rollatini were good but the pizzas… In fact, what made the pizzas bad were: 1) the dough…they seemed more like flatbread than pizza as there was no distinguishable impact of yeast having been used to rise the dough 2) the cheese.
